4Change has now moved to Kings Hill, West Malling (ten minutes drive 
from its Ightham practice)  and welcomes existing and new clients in 
this area.

4Change is open from 9.30 am Mon-Fri, with occasional sessions on Saturday
at 9.30 am.  If you need to address important issues, please allow time for sessions and consider taking time off work if you need it.  Your health and mental well-being are crucial.  Remember to invest in yourself.
